Dr. Rasmussen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Sports Studies from the University of Iowa, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Since high school, Dr. Rasmussen knew she wanted to work in the health field.
After working with her hometown chiropractor to return to the track following an injury, she decided that chiropractic was the field for her. As a doctor, she loves treating patients and helping them reach their health goals. In her free time, Dr. Rasmussen enjoys going on adventures with her husband and kids and visiting family. She also plays volleyball and likes walking around the Prior Lake area.
She enjoys working with patients of all ages, with a special interest in caring for families and women through every stage of life.

Dr. Blank was born and raised in La Crosse, WI and received his Doctorate degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dr. Blank now resides in Rosemount with his wife Jessie, miniature Australian shepherd Koda, and golden retriever Odin.
In his spare time, Dr. Blank enjoys sports, woodworking, and spending time outdoors. He loves traveling to various National Parks to hike and camp.
Dr. Betzina was born and raised in Eagan, MN and received his Doctorate degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. He enjoys weightlifting, outdoor activities, spending time with friends and family and hiking with his two Doberman pinschers.

I've gotten adjustments from Dr. Ryan; he's really good. Massages from Kyle; he's very knowledgeable and professional, and made the appointments very comfortable. Red light therapy from Caroline; she’s very welcoming and wonderful.<br><br>I go to Dr. Caleb the most. I was having a tough time sleeping, so I went to the Eagan location on a Wednesday morning just to get an adjustment; I usually go to the Lakeville office. I got so much instant relief that I was able to take a nap on my lunch break.<br><br>I highly recommend this team; they're all amazing and really friendly, and they keep the facilities tidy and clean.

The chiropractor really knows his stuff and I highly recommend. I had a terrible back injury I came in with. He adjusted me and gave me ways to strengthen, stretch, and treat my back at home for quicker recovery. $180 evaluation and 1st adjustment, $60 every visit after.

I came from a chiropractor that adjusted every patient the same everytime. Then I found this group and have been extremely pleased. The appointments are long enough to target specific areas even if those areas change over time. I leave feeling knowledgeable to what is causing an issue and have direct feedback to what I can do different at home to help the adjustments last longer. Highly recommend!

Been a 12+ year client. Broke my neck in 2000 and injured lower back in 2008. They have kept me virtually pain free and fully active. My angels. No in and out in 5 minutes. They take their time to give you what you need. I have been to several others in my lifetime but no one comes close to Worthington Wellness.
My first time trying acupuncture. Michelle was very informative and helpful with explaining the process and side effects if any. My next appointment was scheduled for the following week. I felt a big difference after my first appointment of just 30 minutes. My next appointment will be an hour. I'm very excited as acupuncture is beneficial imagine ongoing treatment. I'll be back to my old self in no time.
I love all the ladies at Worthington Wellness! I have suffered from low back pain for so many years. The pain in my legs and loss of feeling drove me to back surgery. I was ok for several years but was then in a car accident which brought me to Dr Heather. I have been under her care for 6 years. She got me straightened around, literally. Medical Drs talk about fusing my back but with regular monthly appointments I am able to avoid that. Now I get adjusted once a month, have cupping done, and a monthly therapeutic massage. If I have to miss an appointment due to work I can feel it! I now live over an hour away..... But these ladies are worth the drive. Thank you for keeping me moving!!
After years of being very active, I suddenly developed neck and lower back pain that forced me to give up all of my activities. I saw medical doctors, physical therapists, massage therapists and acupuncturists. She evaluated my neck and lower back, and developed a corrective care plan, consisting of spinal adjustments, stretches and exercises. After five treatments with Dr. Danielle, I have found relief to the point that I have been able to resume some of my activities. After trying to treat my chronic migraines with doctors, pain specialists, neurologists, massage, twelve different medications, and an array of other treatments I have found Dr. Heather and her techniques to be the most effective course.
